Electricity breaks down issue in mepco today

After the rain, the electricity supply in Multan and nearby areas remained shut for a very long time.

There was light rain in Multan Shar and Qurei areas on Friday July 2025, and after some time the rain ended, as a result of this your electricity remained off for quite some time.

MEPCO electricity was badly affected yesterday as its main lines were burnt yesterday.

Yesterday some grid stations of MEPCO were shut down due to which electricity of MEPCO was cut off in many areas like Multan, Sahiwal, Khanewal, Kabir Wala, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Layah, and Rajanpur etc.

MEPSO staff is working and trying to resolve the electricity issue as soon as possible. In some places the problem of electricity has been solved and electricity has also started, but there it is a problem in those places as well, because there is electricity in those places.
